Terms of service.

1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website or booking a free career audit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or book an audit.

2. The service

Primelift360 is the practice through which I provide reverse recruiting for senior and executive professionals: market mapping, applications written and submitted on your behalf, direct outreach to hiring managers and recruiters, pipeline tracking, weekly written reporting, and interview and negotiation support. The service is delivered personally and is not a licensed recruitment agency placement service.

3. The free career audit

The 45-minute career audit is free and carries no obligation. It is a working session: I read your materials in advance and give you an honest read on your search. Any observations, targets, or fixes discussed are guidance based on the information available to me, not a promise of a particular outcome.

4. Fees and engagement terms

If there is a fit after the audit, you receive a written proposal setting out the scope of work, the retainer fee, the billing cadence, the expected timeline, and any refund or cancellation terms. No work begins and no fees are payable until you accept that proposal in writing. Unless the proposal says otherwise, the retainer is billed monthly in advance.

5. No guarantee of employment

No one controls a hiring committee. I do not guarantee interviews, offers, placement, salary levels, or timelines, and nothing on this website or said on the audit call should be read as such a guarantee. What I commit to is the process: the written mandate, the quality and volume of applications and outreach, the reporting cadence, and honest communication throughout.

6. Your responsibilities

To run a search on your behalf I need accurate information, timely approvals, and your availability for interviews. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete information about your experience.
• Review and approve the mandate, materials, and outreach voice promptly.
• Respond to interview invitations and stay reachable during the search.
• Not ask me to misrepresent your record, credentials, or experience.

7. Confidentiality

Search materials and conversations are treated as confidential. I do not disclose your search to a current employer or to any third party except where you have approved it, where the service requires it, or where disclosure is required by law.

8. Intellectual property

You own the personal materials created for you — your CV, profile copy, and related assets. The site content, templates, and process materials remain my property and may not be copied or resold without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or lost earnings arising from the service or the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Termination

Either of us can end an engagement with written notice. Fees for work already performed remain payable, and any refund terms are those set out in your written proposal.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Abdullahi Oyewumi is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page, with its date, is the version that applies. Changes do not alter the terms of a proposal you have already accepted unless we agree to that in writing.
