1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers the Primelift360 website and the services offered through it, including the free career audit. It explains what personal information is collected when you use the site or book an audit, and what happens to that information afterwards.

2. Information I collect

I only collect information you choose to give me, plus the basic technical data required to serve the site:

• Audit enquiry details. Your name, work email, current title, target role, LinkedIn profile, and anything you write in the context field when you submit the audit form.
• Correspondence. Emails and messages you send me, including any documents such as a CV that you choose to share.
• Technical data. Standard server and hosting logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, generated when the site is served.

3. How I use it

• To read your materials and prepare for the audit call.
• To respond to your enquiry and arrange times.
• To provide the service if you engage me, including applications, outreach, and reporting.
• To keep basic records of enquiries and engagements, and to meet legal or accounting obligations.

I do not sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising.

4. Legal bases

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, I rely on: your consent when you submit the audit form; the performance of a contract when you engage me for the service; my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the service; and compliance with legal obligations where records must be kept.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google’s servers and Google may process your IP address as part of serving them. The site is hosted on a platform that may keep standard request logs for security and reliability.

6. Who information is shared with

Information is shared only with the service providers that make the site and the service work — chiefly the hosting and form-handling platform, the email provider, and font delivery. These providers process data on my behalf. Where you engage me, information may be shared with prospective employers only in the ways the service requires and that you have approved in advance.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process or store data outside the country you live in. Where that happens, I rely on the safeguards those providers have in place for international transfers.

8. How long information is kept

Audit enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to decide whether to work together. Information relating to an engagement is kept for the duration of the work and for a reasonable period afterwards to deal with follow-ups and legal or accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information I hold about you, request a copy, ask for corrections, request deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To make a request, email careers@primelift360.com. I will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

10. Security

I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share, including using reputable hosting and email providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

This site and service are intended for professionals aged 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Significant changes will be described on the site or by email where appropriate.
